These systems typically include a wearable device with an SOS button that connects the user to a 24/7 monitoring center.

Medical alert devices are wearable gadgets such as pendants, wristbands, or smartwatches that allow users to call for help with the push of a button. Our Safety+ devices include GPS tracking, automatic fall detection, two-way communication, and water resistance.

When a fall is detected, the device automatically alerts our 24/7 monitoring center. A trained operator will communicate with you through the device. If you can’t respond, emergency services will be dispatched to your GPS location.

Traditional Medicare (Parts A and B) typically does not cover medical alert systems. However, some Medicare Advantage plans (Part C) may offer coverage or discounts as part of their supplemental benefits.

Yes! All Safety+ devices are water-resistant and safe to wear in the shower. Since many falls occur in the bathroom, we designed our devices to be worn at all times.

Personal emergency response systems (PERS), medical emergency response systems (MERS), and fall monitors are all used interchangeably to refer to the response systems used by senior adults in the event there is an emergency. All Safety+ devices function as PERS, providing immediate connection to emergency responders and your Care Circle.
